Precise House Mantegna Roma

I stayed for a total of six nights and was happy with my stay. First off, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, I can't say enough good things about them. The food at the bar/restaurant was great with a wide selection, it stays open till 8:30pm. I had a 6th floor balcony room, which was generous in size. The rooms are almost soundproof, you don't hear the neighbors but sometimes in the hallway. Bedding and pillows were perfecto. Breakfast was superb with all kinds of choices. Has an underground garage with plenty of spaces available.

From the moment I arrived, my stay was absolutely fantastic. The service was impeccable. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcome. This was a 5star hotel experience. The room was very clean and smelled lovely. The facilities are well kept. The hotel looks new. A special shoutout to Daniela, who was the absolute best. Her genuine warmth and exceptional service was fantastic. She went above and beyond with accommodating our special request. The location was safe and convenient. It was not far from the airport and tourist attractions. I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's rare to find such a high level of hospitality, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you for an unforgettable experience for our wedding anniversary!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. A special mention goes to Alessandro✨, who checked us in. Even though our flight was delayed by about 4 hours, he patiently waited for us and warmly welcomed us when we arrived. Knowing that we hadn’t eaten, he even offered us some snacks, which was such a thoughtful gesture. In the following days, he greeted us every time with the same warm and genuine smile, making us feel truly welcome. His kindness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for better service – highly recommended!

Daniela! DANIELA! DANIELA! and Daniela again. Please i am talking about Daniela at the front desk she has a little table, a computer and a wonderful smile. My wife and I have never experienced such care in our lives. She was jus amazing and fantastic. In Fact she made our stay in rome brighter and better. From the minute we arrived at 10am on a sunday she offered us breakfast (it was included) but just to have someone offering us breakfast was amazing, she gave us a nice and warm welcome with the best smile ive seen in the hotel industry for years. Why was it the best? Because she was genuine. She really cared for us. She played with our little boy who is 2 years and straight away we felt like home. She became an extended family member. She did a lot more than this little story and GOD knows we were happy and we will defo return to that same hotel. Now the hotel is well located a ride from attractions and private. Good facilities, nice size rooms and clean. Great stay overall. Taxi service is good to if you want to move around. Decent breakfast. Good value for money.

Great double bed for the parents and a large sofa bed for the younger one. We slept extremely well also because of the light-blocking curtains. The room was large and included a full desk for the occasional need to use the laptop. We were extremely pleasantly surprised to receive fresh fruits in the morning. The breakfast was very well balanced, a lot to choose from, and very very tasty! Not to forget about the coffee, just right! Staff always attentive and helpful, on the few occasions we asked for it. Close to buses that took us to the city centre. Will definitely consider coming back to this hotel if we return to Rome.
